Jewelmint: Bowtie Bracelet

As I mentioned before, I had 4 orders from Jewelmint coming in. This order was my third. As soon as I laid eyes on it, I feel in love!! My pictures might show a hint of Rose - Gold but it is only gold and very small and feminine. The clip is in the back with the signature Jewelmint.

NARS Danmari Blush Palette

So I have never owned a single blush palette although I was somewhat tempted to look for the infamous "Orgasm" blush. I always had a NARS Blush on my wish list but since i'm not so much of a Blush Freak I didn't care to make that product a priority. When this Blush palette popped up at Sephora, I couldn't pass it up! It was six blushes in one palette and for ONLY $65 when buying six different blushes from NARS would sum up to $150. I felt it was a deal I could not pass. As I purchased this in the fall, I find myself dabbing my blush brush into the 'sin' blush to create the deep look of a blush and bronzer combined. I thought i would be crazy about the 'casino' bronzer since I recently re-did a look by Selena Gomez (below) and this was the bronzer she used, but I feel it gives a sunkissed look for the summer. (;

Midnight Magic *

Can you believe that I filmed this tutorial like last weekend and it's barely uploaded today? As much as I can hold the crown of 'procrastination', I can honestly say this wasn't my fault, somehow the internet at my work is 10x better than the one at my apartment. So as I do show procrastination when I sit down on weekends and think of a look to do, I always find my first priority being to upload and edit my videos for youtube. Hollywood, Calabasses, Malibu Oh My!

So.. I'm getting used to this whole "Blogging" thing and I have decided that it would be so cool to kind of have y'all come into my life, not just see the new things I buy or anything but get to know what I do and what I love, like my own little diary. Anywho, with that said, I went to California in the beginning of Sept. for vacation with my mother. I had been to Los Angeles, California before but I was wayy to young to remember anything. So we visited again and I loved the free-ness of the city. The city was fun and I wanted to stay longer but I had work (boo!). I hope to visit again!

When i WAS a Kardashian fan, we decided to head over to Calabassas, California to check out the Dash store, of course it was overpriced but we had stopped by the bakery next door and had a glass of wine instead. Then we headed to Malibu and it absolutely gorgeous!

A Huge Thank You To You!

      Yes! ... to you! I know I have been a little (tad bit) lazy adding anything new to my Blog, in all honesty, I am just getting a hang of it so I don't always know what is appropriate to write on here. If it was truly up to me I would always carry a CHARGED camera with me and shoot pictures and post them and tell you about my day, but this semester I am going to school and trying to lose weight. (Before anyone jumps and says "you don't need it" or "you just want attention for saying that" I've gained 30 lbs after my thyroid surgery) So life, at this moment, is not so exciting. Anywho, back to the point I was trying to make, I do want to thank all the people I have met (blogspot, beautylish, youtube, etc. ), somehow y'all give me motivation to keep up with this and all the other websites, now I know I don't have many followers, subbies, etc. but it's better than what I originally thought I would have like 10. Lol. Anyway, just a big THANK YOU!! See you soon! (:

My First Jewelmint!

Okay..Okay.. I know I know! The news about Jewelmint is long gone with excitement and everyone (almost everyone) has already hopped onto the bandwagon. When I first heard about Jewelmint I was a bit skeptical but after months passed I fell in love with the "Astoria Necklace", as I began filling out the style quiz and "my showroom" popped up I couldn't help but fall in love with all of the distinctive pieces that had! I have ALWAYS been that one girl who put effort and thought into putting jewelry pieces that complimented the outfit but I always seemed to be in SUCH a rush! (must be a latina thing! :( ) As I scrolled throught the showroom, I decided that I would pick out some pieces for the next few months to push myself to be "that girl" I had longed to be. I figured if I spent close to $30 on a piece of jewelry I would be forced to wear it to get a good use of my money spent. So with that said I have below my first purchase (which was in the ending of September, maybe early October) and since then I have 3 more pieces being shipped as we speak... that's not an obsession now, is it? yes, I think it is.
